SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL IP FORUM 2008 ---     INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS AND SERVICES

Objective:

The Shanghai International IP Forum 2008 is designed to provide an interactive platform for exchanges among government bodies, enterprises, business associations and research institutions in the intellectual property field. Through dialogue, discussion and speeches, voices on the development of intellectual property transactions and services will be brought together. The different perspectives will help us to examine and seek solutions for some of the most pressing issues in the forming of IP market and IP service system.

The Forum is also the 6th International Intellectual Property Forum organized by Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA). SIPA has successfully organized the Forum on Intellectual Property & Enterprises’ Competitiveness on 2003, the Forum on Intellectual Property & City’s Competitiveness on 2004, the Forum on Intellectual Property Protection & Creative Industries Development on 2005, the Forum on Intellectual Property & Self-Innovation on 2006, and the Forum on The Impact of WTO TRIPS Agreement on the Economic Development of Asian Countries on 2007.
